Weapon Type: Katana / Greatsword

Description:

At first glance this old worn down Katana doesn't appear to be anything special it may even be too dull to cut anything correctly, however by feeding it just a little chakra, it can be made into a real weapon, a hulking blade of greatsword length and proportions. In either case the weapon is heavily durable, being able to take blows from other weapons of equal stature such as the seven swords and come out with barely any nicks of scratches, if any at all. Proficient wielders can learn of it's secret techniques, two unlocked at Expert and is required to even wield the blade, another at Master and the final unlocked at Grandmaster.

Expert - The user is able to actually use the weapon, being able to feed it a low amount of chakra to prompt it to transform into it's more able version of itself. The weapon, while big, weighs next to nothing for the one who supplies it the chakra. Anyone else wielding or blocking the weapon would feel it's heaviness. The user can also call the sword back to the sheathe by holding up the sheathe and adding a little chakra.

Master - The wielder is able to fire a wave of chakra from the blade, this wave takes the elemental affinity most closely associated with it's wielder, even if they possess more than one it can only be one type at a time. This wave is on par with other A-Rank jutsu and it's blast radius is thirty meters infront of the user. This range can be extended at the cost of extra chakra consumption up to one hundred meters.

Grandmaster - The wielder finds out the true function of the sword, which is to break defensive jutsu and techniques, the sword glows red temporarily whenever this skill is employed and causes it to deal devastating damage against barriers, shields, and armors among other defensive techniques and jutsu types. Once the skill has been used and the technique is no longer being employed the sword will stop glowing red.
