Kyotetsu presents herself as a mysterious and cautious individual, the type who's elusive and always on the move as its rare for her to remain in one spot. However, there are some areas within the village that she often hangs out in. Though most spots that she sticks to are high vantage points, as she finds it ideal to scout the surroundings from afar. Many can assume that she uses this as a means to look down on villagers, for being too friendly and careless around others. As a secretive individual, Kyotetsu knows who she should trust with certain information.

Due to being able to understand the importance of information, Kyotetsu learned to remain discreet when conversing with certain people, so as to not overshare. Kyotetsu's mysterious demeanor allows her to avoid being known by few, as she's often difficult to understand. At times she doesn't make her motives clear, which makes it hard for others to grasp an understanding of what she's aiming for. When playing the role of a mysterious and uncompromising Shinobi, Kyotetsu makes it her duty to remain isolated from the world around her, while also taking in every detail provided by her surroundings.

Although there are moments where Kyotetsu is comfortable with the people that she's around, she still remains ever so cautious. Though Kyotetsu's cautiousness may lead to her being a bit jumpy at times, which is something that Kyotetsu has a hard time controlling. A strong sense of familiarity and a desire to protect are something that Kyotetsu feels when around those she's familiar with. She wishes not for danger to befall her loved ones, as this makes Kyotetsu want to distance herself from others so as to not endanger them. However, this invites a cold exterior for those who try to get familiar with her, as she isn't too open to others.

One way to attract Kyotetsu's attention is through the invitation of sweets, as possessing a sweet tooth has made her unresisting. Kyotetsu has a hard time concealing her need for sweets; a semi fault of her own and no matter how hard the Shinobi tries to resist, no one with a sweet tooth is able to ignore something that the Shinobi wants in her appetite. Though Kyotetsu does make an attempt to restrain herself from indulging in sweets, as she was reminded that eating too many sweets will result in her getting fat. The Shinobi has been forced to heed the words of her elder siblings, so as to not become fat.
