Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of the Tokoyama clan are born with a genetic defect causing their internal organs to be much more compressed than normal, as well as the ribcage closing in around them tighter. Due to this their body's don't form naturally and require major surgery including but not limited to bone and muscle reconstruction to function properly. To combat this the clan offers two different surgeries which must be performed on the children at birth, so it's up to the parent: They can essentially forcibly reconstruct the body into what was supposed to be it's natural state, allowing them to be simple, normal people. The second option is the one most of the clan pick, effectively turning their members into living human puppets by making use of their naturally "Compact" bodies, adjusting it just enough so they'll live, albeit painfully.

The base surgery is done at birth in both cases, though for the puppet transformation, additional surgeries are done as the children grow older in accordance to what they want for their personal modifications as well as being implanted with the clan's secret specialties. As an aside and as one might guess, the Ninja of this clan while known for their puppet techniques are also well versed in medical Ninjutsu.

While not a Kekkei Genkai in a strictly classical sense, it is something made possible by a specific genetic defect made to bore fruit by secret surgical techniques known only to the top clan members, so restrictive all the same.
