Akira's loyalty lies with the people of the village rather than the village as a whole. The powers that be do not sway her to take action one way or another. Instead, she assesses whether the orders she is given are beneficial to the survival of the people. Of course, there has been nobody recently to give her any sort of orders, considering the village is in mass chaos. With the storm village taking a more vicious and aggressive stance, their influence and power has spread to her home village. They have come wielding weapons and suppressing her people. This has brought about the development of some more dangerous traits within her.

Due to the brutal attack on her family and the loss of her siblings, Akira has become more prone to acts of revenge. Her psyche has distorted to allow for a more violent outlook on life. Adrenaline courses through her veins every time she raises her hammer. An itch to kill and destroy anyone that would dare threaten the good people of Amegakure. A want to massacre those that trample over the weak and innocent. Of course, this also comes with a caution and untrustworthiness of any new arrivals.

History:
A victim of oppression and punishment at the hands of those hired by the Amekage. Akira had lived in this village since birth and had never felt so much as a sliver of freedom. As the other locations started to merge into the storm empire, Akira slowly became stuck with her family and she was forced into work for the village. She was made to guard the village and fend off attacks on the gates. She was to make sure that nobody left and nobody entered. If people got out of hand, she was ordered to take care of them, an order that she refused to follow. In fact, she had been skilled at freeing but a few people from the village.

Not too long before the swordsman of Shibuki came to town, Akira had gathered a reputation of her own as the “Ghost of the Rain”. A mysterious amount of individuals were disappearing or being killed in the dead of night or the hardest of rains. They had all been dubbed as abusers within the village, which obviously threw the Amekage into a rage. However, she was found out when she failed to beat the swordsman of Shibuki. He slaughtered her family and set her home ablaze as explosions rang out through the streets. She was inherently tossed into the streets to be treated like the rest of the people, but she wasn’t going to stop now. She was tired of this place and the helplessness. She was tired of being taken advantage of. She was tired of being toyed with. Akira would have her revenge for her family.
