The Dust Village

The Village Hidden in the Dust, a village known for prosperity and peace, especially when their neighboring village was in dire need of assistance. With the sands in disarray and refugees flooding in from across the Land of Water, the Dust would do all it could to expand and grow with the influx of people. Eventually, the raiding Storm Empire would attempt to brutally leave their lands barren and take control of their home. Noa Kojima, the village representative, and Touma Oshiro would combine their devastating power and bring the Dust to victory against their aggressor. She was young when she assumed her role, which the Storm Empire believed to work in their favor, until it didn’t.

Noa had always planned from the beginning to remove the Storm shinobi from their sands and retake what rightfully belonged to them. Her only obstacle at the time being her inexperience to lead and her inability to combat such a powerful enemy. For nine years, a special group of individuals was sent to clear The Village Hidden in the Sand and would ultimately accomplish this goal with no surviving members. Meanwhile, the Dust was doing everything they could to withstand Storm rule and would eventually drive them away when they came for the main village. This incredible feat would raise the village to new heights allowing for it to become one of the Hidden Villages granting Noa Kojima the position of Chirikage.

The Village Hidden in the Dust would now find a new enemy in the Storm Empire. Their allowance to shield refugees from the Moriyama reign of terror over the Storm was just another declaration of war against their new foe. With no plans to assist in overtaking this dictator, the Dust sits as a safe haven to those that would run from him with the inclusion of "peace keepers" that roam within the village walls. However, the unwillingness to lose lives over internal affairs leaves tension between the villages in limbo, while patrols at the border also become more common.
