Personality: Raikan is chaos incarnate, no two people will get the same read off of him, and hell some people won't even get the same read off of him from day to day. The only thing that remains consistent is his love of destruction, that is basically all he lives for. The rush of Chaos, the beauty of explosions, the sound of crumbling buildings. That is living, that is what makes his world go around, and if it means he has to be charming one moment, and vicious the next then so be it.

In combat his personality is a bit more stable as he tries to out think his opponent and inflict them with injuries the likes of which no medic could even dream about repairing. Though there are also times where he has a sadistic streak and will intentionally go about this the slow way using small ant sized bombs to a person up one tiny piece at a time just because they irritated him.
