History: Niko grew up in what used to be A village for the Chinoike clan outside of Kumogakure. When the Chinoike clan was driven out of the land of lightning by the Moriyama clan his parents were killed in the process as he was out in the woods, later on he would go to be picked up by a member of Kumogakure's Anbu who recognized him immediately. Niko was raised by this shinobi and taught to fight from the moment he was taken in. Eventually Niko went on to join the Shinobi Academy in Kumogakure where he took and passed the graduation exam during his first year and would eventually move on to take the chunin exams at 10 years old before being taken into Anbu. Once he became a member of Kumogakure's Anbu black ops Niko's name was taken from him to prevent anyone from tracking down and he had been led to believe that his entire clan was killed while in exile. By the age of 14 Niko had become an Anbu captain and held the position effectively for four years before he was eventually taken in by the Raikage to become one of the youngest Kage assistants in Shinobi history due to his proficiency with Genjutsu and Fuinjutsu. Niko's main job as the Kage's assistant was to manage the training of the villages Jinchuriki and in the event that they rampaged subdue them before mass damage became imminent. During the Siege on Kumogakure Niko fought alongside the Raikage in defending the village though after the Raikage's Disappearance afterwards Niko was given a second chance and allowed to return to his previous position in Anbu though was still in charge of assisting in the Jinchuriki's training when he is not on mission. Niko has spent the last 10 years in his Anbu Position serving his new kage Loyally and had been selected as the new Anbu Commander having held the position for a year now.
