Genin Personality:
Due to how Miguphe processes noise, he reacts to people based on the color they produce to him. Side Note:
Was born completely deaf, but with a unique permanently active Doujutsu that allows him to physically "see" sound, ala synesthesia. This will functionally have very little actual difference in roleplay, but will be very unique to his character. While he can't "hear" people talking due to being deaf, he is able to interpret the sequence of colors and patterns he sees to allow him to understand what was said, most of the time.

He is, however, immune to sound-based attacks due to his proficiency with his unique doujutsu. He can process tens of millions of individual sounds concurrently without hesitation, even being in the middle of a swarm of cicadas. This is, functionally, the only REAL impact of everything in these two paragraphs.
