Users who have mastered this dance style can cause everyone to see them dancing with flames surrounding them in beautiful mastery in not allowing the flames to touch them or the ground. In addition, the calming flames are used to cool tempers if someone causes a scene. The flame's warmth is calming and shows the mastery of Fire Chakra, similar to that of the Uchiha, but they use it in a dance form instead of creating fireballs. In addition, the dancing flames are used for their more offensive style, Tessenjutsu. In addition, the dancing flames are used for their more offensive style, Tessenjutsu.
The Sekiguchi clan's Tessenjutsu stems from the Sekiguchi Lei Hoten: Calming Flames Dance, First Fan Technique, and Heavenly Dance: Blissful Soulful Joy Technique. If you don't have one technique, you cannot use any of the Tessenjutsu that the Sekiguchi Clan uses. In addition, Calming Flames Dance is a slower style fan-type dance over the more transitional and faster Heavenly Dance.

The Chakra cost of this Sekiguchi Clan Tessenjutsu Technique at B-Rank is lower than the Eighth Fan Technique but still much more expensive than a regular B-Rank Jutsu that isn't part of the Sekiguchi Clan.

Jutsu Description: The eighth fan technique, which uses the Calming Flame Dance as its base. Users using this technique can mold their calming flames into a Protection Barrier that will allow the user to concentrate on it and heal anyone injured in their charge. The protection barrier portion of the technique needs to be preemptively set up before using it, or any opponents can easily dispel it. Fuujinjutsu must be before the Flame Protection Barrier can be used. Whenever the user stops dancing, the Flame Protection Barrier will set up rapidly, and the heat of the barrier is on the outside, and it feels cool on the inside. Concentrating on two things will cause the barrier only to last for two turns unless broken.
Combined with this multitude of different Jutsu types, its Chakra cost is much higher than the other Sekiguchi Clan's Tessenjutsu Techniques and even more so than the other B-Rank Jutsu. The Eighth fan technique costs as much as a regular A-Rank Jutsu, which means it does cost more than a B-Rank Jutsu would in chakra.

Jutsu Description: The eleventh fan technique, which uses the Calming Flame Dance as its base. Users using this technique can mold their calming flames into another mythical creature of legends, a Leviathan, which will cause some people to freak out how a Flame Leviathan was created from the flames, calmingly dancing from the user's first fan technique. The Flame Leviathan is twice the size of the phoenix, but it doesn't dance with the user since it is waiting for the user to stop dancing. Whenever the user stops dancing, the Flame Leviathan moves swimmingly in the air until it reaches a point where it starts raining fire from its location. The flames raining down are classified as the Grand Flame Leviathan's tears and can turn anything to ash within its radius, which is 25-ft in a circle directly ahead of the user's line of sight. Those who are the user's enemies would be turned into ash, and the user's anger would be at's tempo or the highest point, where the user would start crying, which is why the Flame Leviathan is falling back onto the Earth like rainfall. Still, it's fire raining down, engulfing the ground in flame.

Jutsu Description: The twelfth fan technique, which uses the Calming Flame Dance as its base. Users using this technique can mold their calming flames like a dragon's head, but it doesn't move directly in front of the user. The dragon's head copies the user to perfection. With every movement of the user's head, the dragon's head does too. Whenever the user stops dancing, the user opens their mouth and breathes out, which will cause the dragon's head to cause an infernal flaming cone shape blast to expel from it. Twelve Feet cone directly in front of the user outward towards whoever needs to die immediately for harming those in the user's charge, their village, or anything they deem precious. As the dance finale started with the Calming Flames Dance and evolved as they went, they will become the gentle, calming person everyone knows them as. The users of this technique dislike becoming angry because they never once show this anger to anyone but someone who's harming those they cherish, no matter how annoying the user might be or how disappointed they are.

Whenever the user stops dancing, the Erupting Dragon Flames will fly toward whoever caused them an immense amount, causing them to explode in anger. The way it flies follows the hand movements of the user's twin fans toward their target as it is guided towards its target, but when it reaches there, it will explode like an erupting volcano. Damage to nature will naturally occur, which will cause them to undo stress by harming what they love so much, equally as the children and their village. The technique's radius is 300ft.

It would allow the landscape to be bathed in the fire, to let the lands regrow and be fertile again. Whenever the user stops dancing, the phoenix they created will fly with its wings to cover the entire land touched by the previous's fire. It gently caresses the ground, but any enemies in the vicinity will be burned to ashes. The phoenix's flame heat it releases is devastating to those who are on the receiving end of the user's anger. The technique's radius is 300ft.

In addition, when this Genjutsu is in effect, it will allow the user to use any of their Heavenly Illusions or Dancing Leaves Illusion Genjutsu. The Genjutsu Paralyzation Effect is only for Heavenly Illusions or Dancing Leaves Illusions. When a Sekiguchi user uses the Heavenly Dance: Blissful Soulful Joy Technique gives everyone who witnesses hope that tomorrow will be a better day than yesterday. At all moments, they will feel a sense of joy and bliss in watching the dance take place.
The Sekiguchi clan's Genjutsu stems from the Heavenly Dance: Blissful Soulful Joy Technique in combination with Sekiguchi Lei Hoten: Calming Flames Dance, First Fan Technique. If you don't have one technique, you cannot use any of the Genjutsu that the Sekiguchi clan uses. In addition, Heavenly Dance is a transitional faster style fan-type dance over the more rhythmically slower dance of the Calming Flames Dance.

Because of how wide an area illusion can be placed over, that in turn makes it easy to help people to find a grand palace and a place to relax. Anyone who enters the area will be affected by the illusion and see a beautiful magnificent palace. But to create an illusion on such a large scale and potentially allure people to visit the said palace raises the chances it will be discovered by someone familiar with Genjutsu.

The palace looks eerily familiar to The Land of Fire's Lord's Palace. However, it can change to look like any of the Land's Lord's Palaces or the Leadership of whoever rules over you, but it'll be very welcoming nonetheless. A comfortable, gentle, alluring feeling spreads throughout the palace. In addition, a specific woman inside the castle wears a motherly smile and clothes and would love to chat with you. However, she'll want you to approach her instead of her approaching you because she is kind, gentle, and doesn't want to pressure you. Will you try to see why she's in the palace and what she is doing precisely?

Jutsu Name: Heavenly Illusion: Affectionately Dreams of Gentle Stars Technique

Jutsu Description: The Heavenly Dance invokes this technique to cast a beautiful illusion of sitting underneath the stars in a field of flowers, with beautiful cherry blossoms surrounding the area. The ones underneath the Genjutsu are trapped in the illusion and can feel them being hugged gently by an older woman who wants to make them feel better instead of fearing every little nook or cranny. In addition, they would sleep gently in the woman's arms. At the same time, she told them a bedtime story of a beautiful fairy tale about a village surrounded by trees, with precisely the same field of flowers surrounded by cherry blossoms.
The Chakra intensity is much higher than other C-Rank Genjutsu.
Jutsu Name: The Dancing Leaves Illusion: Leaf Clones Technique

Jutsu Description: The user casts the illusion by their Heavenly Dance that seemingly creates many illusionary clones made out of leaves, which emerge from the leaves of trees. If the clones are attacked, the attack will phase through the leaf clone but will have a disappointed look towards the attacker, temporarily disfiguring it before they multiply. The user can coordinate their attacks with the clone to make it appear as if they are real. Gentleness and feelings of helping and teaching are throughout the attacks, which doesn't give them a sense of danger.
Also, the user would feel more tired using their Heavenly Dance for their Genjutsu. The Chakra intensity is much higher than other B-Rank Genjutsu.
Jutsu Name: The Dancing Leaves Illusion: Leaf Labyrinth Trap Technique

Jutsu Description: The user casts the illusion by their Heavenly Dance that causes the target(s) to be trapped in an enormous Maze or Labyrinth made up of Leaves. Those trapped in their mind in the Leaf Labyrinth will believe they are getting closer to the exit, but in actuality, they aren't and are pacing back and forward, annoyed at the Maze's length. A kind woman's voice is heard giving them advice, but it sounds close but far simultaneously.
Also, the user would feel drained by using their Heavenly Dance for their Genjutsu. The Chakra intensity is the same as Heavenly Illusion: The Guiding Stars, Motherly Insight Technique, which differs from other A-Rank Genjutsu.
Jutsu Name: Heavenly Illusion: The Guiding Stars, Motherly Insight Technique

Jutsu Description: The Heavenly Dance invokes the target(s) to experience having stars guiding them to their destination as a woman gives them her motherly insight. As to where they would be traveling, they would come across an illusionary woman wearing beautiful robes made up of silk and feeling warm and motherly. They would ask questions about the destination they would be traveling to, to which the woman would answer everything they would ask in their curiosity. Also, there is a feeling of something more to it, a slight sense of motherly care, love, caring, and enjoying answering their questions. It is usually the curiosity of the target(s) in wanting to know every detail of their destination. The Genjutsu's paralyzation effect only lasts a single turn instead of two.
Also, the user would feel drained by invoking this Genjutsu from their Heavenly Dance. The Chakra intensity is much higher than other A-Rank Genjutsu.

The user applies their hand to the afflicted or wounded part of the body and sends chakra into it, accelerating the body's natural healing abilities. Although its most obvious use is as a way of treating external wounds, it can also be used for internal illnesses. Users must be careful to only use as much chakra as is needed for the specific injury. If too much chakra is sent into the body, this can disrupt the body's circulation, putting it into a comatose state.

Jutsu Description: This medical technique forms one’s chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Jutsu Description: This seal, when inscribed on a piece of paper, allows the paper to explode like a bomb. Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake explosive tags. They work even under heavy rain. When an explosive tag is detonated remotely, ninja tend to use the "Snake" hand seal. Similarly, when used remotely, explosive tags can be detonated in sequence, allowing them to be used to trap opponents.

Jutsu Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a fūma shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand. The ninja tools are thrown with the speed of a flash of lightning, ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer.

Jutsu Description: This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled individually with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Jutsu Description: The user expels high viscosity water to cover the ground. This stream of sticky liquid can be used to form an adhesive trap that will inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, giving the user an advantage on the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but it is possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. The syrup can be manipulated to move after it is created, being able to stick and travel up surfaces.

Jutsu Description: This is a technique which creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's
location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expanded as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Jutsu Description: A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.

Jutsu Description: The Wind Release: Great Breakthrough is a technique that creates a gust of wind, whose scale and usage varies depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. The technique can also be used in the form of a devastation stream of wind expelled from the user's mouth. There is also a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Anyone caught within this web is electrocuted by the lightning's effect.

Jutsu Description: The Kage Bunshin technique is the evolved form of the bunshin technique, though rather than making illusory clones the clones made via this technique are solid, and can perform jutsu's. In fact visually even to most dojutsu's the clones do not vary at all from their caster. However the clones are not perfect copies, the clones made start at 50% of the users strength and that gets split across the total amount of clones made meaning if you make 5 clones they are each at 10% of the user's strength. Another Difference is that these clones each can only take 1-2 hits before being dispursed, all of the knowledge gained and a portion of their remaining chakra are sent back to the user. This can allow the technique to be used to expedite training, but just like reserves and knowledge are transferred so to is the exhaustion.

Jutsu Description: Kai, or Release, basically allows the user to disrupt their own chakra flow to the point of breaking Genjutsu placed on them, assuming they can even realize they are in one, however this is still limited by the users own chakra pool and chakra control. You can determine whether or not you can detect a Genjutsu to break it based off of your characters skill in Genjutsu and your opponents skill.

Jutsu Description: By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. Other elements or substances can be used instead to distract the opponent.

Jutsu Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Despite it being a basic ninjutsu taught at the Academy, it is seen as a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations as it allows for a swift getaway from danger. The technique even allows a restrained shinobi to escape capture. This technique can only be used 4 times per thread.

Jutsu Description: This technique allows the user to take a cloak or a piece of cloth to blend into an object, making them invisible. While only a basic skill it's been shown that some users were able to effectively camouflage themselves without the use of a pre-prepared cloth and freely move about, all while blending in with their surroundings.

Jutsu Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by people with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Jutsu Name: Enclosing Technique

Jutsu Description: Using this technique, a wide variety of objects and even living things can be stored within scrolls, and can be released when the scroll is opened or meets a specific condition. It is possible to seal ninjutsu into a scroll which would activate and try to hit anyone that tried to read the scroll upon opening it. To save chakra, instead of sealing a nature element into a scroll that was created through chakra, one could just use pre-existing nature elements, like water from an ocean, and seal it within the scroll. Though a scroll is the most common use of sealing something, as demonstrated by Ajisai in the anime, this technique can be used to seal things into a small sheet of paper too.

Jutsu Description: A basic technique taught at the Academy. It allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. Sasuke demonstrated this when Naruto tied him up and gagged him. How this is done is unknown.
Jutsu Name: Tree/Wall Climb Technique

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall. The concept of this exercise is similar to magnetics. This is evidenced when a user was able to attract a kunai thrown his direction to his feet and then throw it at an enemy by kicking the kunai while releasing his chakra's hold on the kunai.
Jutsu Name: Water Walking Technique

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And, as noted by some, the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying. It doesn't have to just be at the feet. A user under water can focus chakra on their hands or any other body part that makes contact with the surface of the water. If they were submerged, they can climb atop the water as if they were climbing out of a pool.
Jutsu Name: Transformation Technique

Jutsu Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus, the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is not always successful.
