Personality: Utae acts very nervous around those who aren’t her age but acts a bit high and mighty. However, when anyone around her age notices her nervousness or worries, they will get the subject changed to the topic of her concern. Utae is very in touch with her emotions and gets heavily emotional around a specific day that is remembered. In her mind, Utae believes her mother, father, and she had a great family until her father shattered it. The truth of what was happening caused her family to break down, and Utae believes it is her fault for her father leaving her mother. The reality of the situation occurred around the same time she graduated from the Ninja Academy in Chirigakure Village.

Utae believes that her family could get back together, but the hope of that happening is impossible. It had shattered expectations, and hers was broken, which causes her to believe that her mother is disappointed in her instead of what happened. Still, Utae has enormous daddy issues because of that revelation in her life and probably cannot ever get over it. On the other hand, Utae always had a great relationship with her mother than with her father. Her daddy issues have compounded her worries that she is disappointing her mother.

Utae also came to become friends with a similar problem as her, which was her father's issues but sometimes changes subjects with them.

Appearance: Utae has in her hair a flower corsage to allow it to stay in a ponytail. She wants to keep her hair growing, but that’s only because she wants to wear it in a straight style, which would mean leaving her flower corsage behind. Her tattoo is on her left shoulder, and that shape is a gentle stream. Utae has beautiful yellow eyes that always look nervous over something or whatnot. She also wears beautiful Kimonos that are hand-me-downs.

Utae’s body language is nervous, worried, and always looking over her shoulder. She worries over a single nonsensical thing, which feels like her mother is disappointed in her. However, when near classmates, etc., she’s overly talkative but tries to change subjects when people talk about her nervousness or worried attitude.

Ideally, in a perfect world, Utae wished her parents could have stayed together. Still, her father utterly decimated her family by destroying a memento to Utae right before her. The souvenir was her stuffed pinkish bunny rabbit, which he bought her. Primarily, the reason for her daddy issues and also he loved another woman more than her mother.
