Personality: Fuuga is as violent as they come, but he is pretty sadistic in his means to elevate himself higher in the Storm Empire, at the cost of his home village, Chirigakure Village. He is vindictive towards those who show at least an ounce of disrespect for the Storm Empire or rebels, and he’ll crush them without mercy. As he was taught, he used his particle style to extinguish all ounces of rebellion in his home.

Fuuga enjoys the power and everything he gets from the Emperor for only the task of helping himself. His position means everything, which is why he betrays Chirigakure Village to the Storm Empire’s surveillance and hates who’s representative there with a passion. He also despises the Zenigata Clan with a passion for their so-called transgressions against the odds of returning to Chirigakure Village and being welcomed back with open arms. Mainly it is who it is, why he despises them so much, and he’s slightly insecure because of how good they are compared to him to their clan’s particle style.

Fuuga wants to eliminate the one person he despises and wants to kill her best friend in cold blood. He hates everyone who believes in freedom in his village. He despises no one who sees him for who he is, so why should he care about them? All he cares about is himself, the Empire, and Arashigakure Village. However, when he’s facing weaker people, he is at the top of the world, but it’s a different story when it is against people who are stronger than him.

General Fighting Style: Fuuga is primarily known as the Fission Devastator due to his sadistic nature of dismantling his enemies by particle style. He uses ninjutsu to use his particle-style techniques. He has a grasp on all the elemental jutsu. Also, he has much more excellent medical knowledge and usually helps those who need his steady hand in causing as much pain as possible. Those who only get his help are the Storm Empire and those he trusts, very few.

Noa Kojima’s younger brother, with a chip on his shoulder, utterly despised Chirigakure Village’s Zenigata Clan. He wants to eliminate Kotone Zenigata, with prejudice, and every one of those traitorous dogs in Chirigakure Village. The Zenigata Clan should have never returned to their homeland. In stopping that Tyrant in the Zenigata clan, those Kojima family members should have eliminated the whole lot of them and been done with it.
