Jutsu Description: The user creates a weapon of ice from either a body of water or from the very moisture from the air, the weapon is unique to that very clan member that uses it, even if trying to form a new weapon it will always be a weapon not used by another member. These weapon are not cold to the user but will be unbearably cold to others trying to use it, wounds caused by the blade will freeze wounds open.
