To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. Other elements or substances can be used instead to distract the opponent. Jutsu Name: Exploding Tag Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: D Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: This seal, when inscribed on a piece of paper, allows the paper to explode like a bomb. Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake explosive tags. They work even under heavy rain. When an explosive tag is detonated remotely, ninja tend to use the Snake hand seal. Similarly, when used remotely, explosive tags can be detonated in sequence, allowing them to be used to trap opponents. Jutsu Name: Finger Carving Seal Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that, can apply writing of whatever they want to a surface. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar. Jutsu Name: Kai (Release) Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Yin Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: Kai, or Release, basically allows the user to disrupt their own chakra flow to the point of breaking Genjutsu placed on them, assuming they can even realize they are in one, however this is still limited by the users own chakra pool and chakra control. You can determine whether or not you can detect a Genjutsu to break it based off of your characters skill in Genjutsu and your opponents skill. Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Blazing Wind Hatred Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Scorch Jutsu Rank: D Jutsu Clan: Horobi Jutsu Description: Layered on top of a normal wind technique, the air inside becomes as hot as a desert at high noon. The air can cause serious burns on the skin of those who are caught in it. Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Extremely Horrid Wilting Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Scorch Jutsu Rank: B Jutsu Clan: Horobi Jutsu Description: The user creates a flaming orb that resembles a miniature sun which rotates around the user and can be used to attack nearby enemies or fired at an opponent. When the orb touches the opponent, it instantly evaporates all water in the affected area of the body, leaving the opponent in a partially mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. However, this technique is susceptible to Water Release, which can be used to dissipate the heat and turn it into steam. Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Extremely Scouring Wind Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Scorch Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: Horobi Jutsu Description: The user inhales and kneads chakra in their lungs before exhaling a blast of yellow fiery winds reminiscent of a solar flare. When struck, the skin of the affected area will inflame and blister in a manner reminiscent of sunburn. This causes the affected area of the target to become difficult to move due to their sunburnt skin. Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Extremely Searing Palm Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Scorch Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: Horobi Jutsu Description: The user coats their hand with chakra and strikes the opponent. When struck, the skin of the opponent will rapidly sizzle and burn in a manner reminiscent of intense sunburn and causing extreme pain. When struck, a small burst of steam will flow out from underneath the user's palm. Jutsu Name: Sealed Binding Technique Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: An array of sealing tags are placed around an area that can be activated with a hand seal and binds their target. Since the target is unable to move, another individual will then be able to attack them with no problem. These tags can be deactivated by the user. Jutsu Name: Sealing Tag Barrier Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: A barrier ninjutsu that involves the usage of several sealing tags being concealed beneath the surface. Once anybody steps onto the area, the tag will activate, releasing several thin threads that wrap around the target and restrain. Due to the fact that it contains sealing formulas on them, it proved to be very useful when dealing with reincarnated shinobi. Jutsu Name: Sealing Technique: Release Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: D Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: This technique is a countermeasure that can be used to undo fūinjutsu that may be binding the user. By placing their hand atop the seal, it activates, nullifying the effects of the fūinjutsu casted on them. This can scale up to S Rank. Jutsu Name: Sealing Trap Explosion Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: User prepares a sealing trap on the ground which, when stepped on by an enemy, explodes. Jutsu Name: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Wind Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: The Wind Release: Great Breakthrough is a technique that creates a gust of wind, whose scale and usage varies depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. The technique can also be used in the form of a devastation stream of wind expelled from the user's mouth. There is also a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Jutsu Name: Wind Release: Passing Typhoon Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Wind Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: The user creates a large gust of wind that travels upward and outward, blowing away weather conditions in lieu of clear skies. This technique has been shown to be powerful enough to dispel the Hiding in Mist Technique that Kirigakure is famous for, but has limited use in regards to combat. Jutsu Name: Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken Jutsu Type: N/A Jutsu Element: Wind Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: N/A Jutsu Description: By infusing wind-natured chakra into shuriken, the user can make them spin, as well as control them in the air. |
