As an artist, Akito appreciates the beauty and wonder in everything, though his truest love will always be blowing shit the fuck up. Things, people, it doesn't matter, it all fills the infamous shinobi's heart with immense glee. Akito is rather famous not only for his devotion to his "art" but also his rather suggestive combat banter. Opponents who have fought him and lived to tell the tale often express discomfort at how he would speak to them mid-battle while making explosion-based sexual innuendos. The jokes write themselves, really. Combined with his already flamboyant attitude and you get a very eccentric person leading the Bomb Squad.
