Personality: For the most part Kurai is a very "old school" shinobi. He believes shinobi should not be seen nor heard on a mission. And that causes him to clash with his teammates. He is not a fan of this new way of teaching upcoming ninja. Very much the “silent type” Kurai does not often speak, preferring to instead listen to those around him and observe his surroundings. Mostly he avoids direct combat. The point is to finish the mission as quickly and stealthily as possible. He will cut to the quick when completing a mission, viewing every situation in a calculating and analytical manner, he displays a distinct lack of empathy towards situations in which most others would become emotionally involved. Kurai knows what is right and wrong, but has been seen on numerous occasions totally disregarding any form of moral standing in place of having what he would deem as “fun”. He has been seen to “play” with his opponents, goading them into attacking him, and threatening things that mean a lot to them in order to gain the desired reaction, which is usually to initiate a fight. He is somewhat of a sadist, gaining pleasure from their pain, it is thought that this is the reason for his antagonistic behavior. When not in battle or just lounging around the village Kurai likes to transform into a kitten of sorts. At least until he earns the respect of his father to sign and maintain a contract with Panther.

Past Profile
