Kekkei Genkai Description: Scorch Release is a nature transformation kekkei genkai comprised of wind and fire chakra. This is used by the Neppa primarily as a way to rapidly burn, dehydrate, and desiccate opponents.

Jutsu Description: The user creates a flaming orb that resembles a miniature sun which rotates around the user and can be used to attack nearby enemies or fired at an opponent. When the orb touches the opponent, it instantly evaporates all water in the affected area of the body, leaving the opponent in a partially mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. However, this technique is susceptible to Water Release, which can be used to dissipate the heat and turn it into steam.

Jutsu Description: The user inhales and kneads chakra in their lungs before exhaling a blast of yellow fiery winds reminiscent of a solar flare. When struck, the skin of the affected area will inflame and blister in a manner reminiscent of sunburn. This causes the affected area of the target to become difficult to move due to their sunburnt skin.

Jutsu Description: The user coats their hand with chakra and strikes the opponent. When struck, the skin of the opponent will rapidly sizzle and burn in a manner reminiscent of intense sunburn and causing extreme pain. When struck, a small burst of steam will flow out from underneath the user's palm.

Jutsu Description: The user creates a large flaming orb which resembles a miniature sun that floats above the user's head and which cannot be used to attack due to it's fixed-point stationary nature. Instead, the orb radiates immense amount of heat, rapidly raising the temperature in the area to 120 degrees Fahrenheit which rapidly depletes the stamina of everyone nearby except the user. Prolonged exposure induces heat stroke.

Jutsu Description: The ultimate technique of the Neppa Clan, and one they rarely use due to it's horrendously painful nature to endure. Inspired by the Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning technique, a previous Neppa member designed their own Scorch Release take on the jutsu. The user fills their mouth with oil before infusing it with chakra in the mouth and then exhaling the Scorch-infused oil as a long and super-heated jet stream of aerosol. Though the particles dissipate heat quickly, those hit by this technique will find affected areas having been essentially flash air-fried and covered in second-degree burns.

At S Rank, if the affected area is left untreated for 2 posts, the burns of the affected area become third-degree burns.
