 The Shinobi Profile General Information Name: Kagetsu Neppa Clan: Neppa Alias/Bingo book name: Scorched Sands Age: 13 Gender: Male Personality: Kagetsu is probably the more social member of the Neppa clan, though a lot of that is owed to the fact that the rest of them are borderline (or outright) anti-social in comparison to the rest of their village. Kagetsu is a boy with a lot of internalized resentments and xenophobia. He despises the Leaf Village and everything they represent, he loathes the Storm and their willingness to acquiese to empire the minute the opportunity presents itself, he believes only in the virtue of nomadic villages such as the Sand, and their way of doing things. Within the Sand, Kagetsu is of the admittedly biased opinion that it is the Neppa who must lead the way for the village into the future, since everyone else has pretty well had their shot and fucked it up royally. Kagetsu is raised by his father, the lone survivor of his particular branch of the Neppa clan after the onslaught brought forth by the Leaf Village most recently.
