Personality: Ushio is an excitable and energetic young lad. Like many young Genin of the Mist he has grown up admiring the Seven Swordsmen and seeks to join their ranks someday as the Hoshigaki representative and bearer of Samehada. A rather curious individual, Ushio greatly enjoys traveling (especially by sea) to new locations and expanding his horizons. Of course, testing his mettle against warriors from foreign lands is also a huge bonus. Proud of his country and greatly patriotic, Ushio is extremely loyal to the Village and is happy to be part of the generation that will help usher in the changes that their forefathers have brought about so far. In addition, Ushio is somewhat vain and cares greatly about his appearance, especially his teeth. He is rather confident in himself, often tossing out finger-guns with a big sharky grin.
