Description:
The Nioh Star Twin Fans are the pride of the entire Sekiguchi Clan since their Matriarch wields them. In their folded size, they are similar to dual-wielding Katanas, but when they flare out, they show the beauty of how prideful and beautiful the Nioh Star Twin Fans are. In addition, they come in beautiful sheathes that emphasize the Sekiguchi clan flowers and flame. As a clan relic weapon, they have kept their vibrancy since they were created during Konohagakure Village's founding. They are metallic fans for a Tessenjutsu that allow flames to dance in the air surrounding Koyori or any previous Matriarchs. The Sekiguchi Lei Hoten Hijutsu Techniques and their Heavenly Illusions or Dancing Leaves Illusions Genjutsus are much more beautiful when these beautiful fans are used in conjunction with their dance.
The Nioh Star Twin Fans are beautiful red flowered fans with an attractive purple unfolding mechanism. Koyori usually does use the Nioh Star Twin Fans to hide her beautiful face, even though it's not out of fear or anything. It's to tease those she enjoys teasing, and those who are Jonin rank get teased by her. She wants everyone, no matter who they are, to chill out and calm down since everyone has stuff on their plate.
Abilities
The affinity for Fire and Flame of the Nioh Star Twin Fans has allowed it to gracefully control the Twelve Fans Techniques of the Sekiguchi Lei Hoten Hijutsu. The movement of the fans and dancers are intertwined, and in unison, they guide the more combat-focused Sekiguchi Lei Hoten Hijutsu, Dancing, to their target. Still, in the beginning, they will never touch the ground of how careful the dancer is. The dancer slowly ramps her movement while dancing with a similar stylistic approach to Sekiguchi's dancing style.
It means the Nioh Star Twin Fans and the use of those techniques are intertwined and are capable of much more. The first fan technique's Calming flames calms the dancer by a minor amount every time, staying with its dancing flames, which is why it will take the Sekiguchi clan member or even their Matriarch longer to explode in anger.
• The following Abilities require Weapons Mastery at Grandmaster
The wielder gains the ability to have a calming presence surrounding them, to calm a large crowd while dancing with Sekiguchi Lei Hoten: Calming Flames Dance, First Fan Technique. The calmer the public, the better Koyori will dance the Sekiguchi Ritual Dance. The Ritual Dance shows what the Sekiguchi clan does when looking for a husband or wife. Its speed is similar to the calming flames dance's dancing style to the Heavenly Dance. Koyori enjoys helping others to calm down with their troubles by dancing for them. In addition, it's a stopgap not to have mass panic happen.
• The following Abilities require the Wielder be a Sekiguchi Clan Member
The wielder gains a technique called Nioh Star Calming Aurora Jutsu tied explicitly to the Nioh Star Twin Fans. The Sekiguchi Ritual Dance has always used Nioh Star Calming Aurora jutsu for its grand finale. It isn't much different from the Sekiguchi Lei Hoten: Calming Flames Dance, First Fan Technique, but it is never used for offensive purposes, unlike the other dances after Calming Flames Dance. It could calm upward of 2,500 people in a single area where Koyori is dancing. Therefore, it has a 15ft radius surrounding wherever Koyori is dancing.
