Personality: To outside observer, Chiaki could be seen as lazy and without a sense of urgency. A couple words to describe her would be unsettlingly chill. Indeed, this young ninja considers herself a professional in finding the exact amount of effort needed to keep people off her back. That being said, Chiaki is a skilled ninja, and has a considerable mastery of her clan's techniques for a girl her age. To consider her to be unskilled and useless would be a costly mistake.

In battle, Chiaki comes off as aloof and a tad bit sadistic, given her preference for setting traps either in the heat of the moment or setting things up in advance and leading opponents to a specific place to meet their doom.

Her chill demeanor also belies a joy in developing new ways to bamboozle and trap opponents, whether she's on the field of battle or just pranking someone in the classroom or around town. That's right, homegirl puts more energy into finding ways to dump water on someone's head than she does in using the family technique professionally.

General Fighting Style: Chiaki doesn't like direct combat, and avoids it if she can. She instead likes having time to plan her attack and lay traps to ensnare her enemies. This is reflected in her choice of jutsu, which pairs well enough with Nara shadow arts.

If someone gets a little too close, she likes to rely on either kunai or just punching her opponents. Sometimes there's no better solution than to just fuckin whack your problems in the nose.

Should all of this fail, she usually falls back on fire jutsu to burn her surroundings to ash, as fire produces wicked shadows.
