Personality: Rashi Kaguya is a boy who dreams of restoring his clan to it's previous greatness. He resents the empire and those who support it, and as a boy who was orphaned by the initial revolution he has very little sympathy for those who were aligned with the losing team. Rashi was raised in the streets before entering the Storm Ninja academy at a young age, and due to the poverty and lack of social training he really struggled to develop much in the way of an identity during his formative years. The development of a more aggressive mean streak, and his odd lust for violence are rather recent developments that have left some within the Storm perplexed given how quiet he was in his youth. Rashi is still not the most.. talkative fellow, but he can be made to open up to those he trusts these days which is a healthy departure from his past.
