 The Clan Profile General Information Clan Name: Jiganshi Clan Symbol: Three Eyes in a Semicircle Age of Clan: 800 Years Village of Origin: Kirigakure no Sato Kekkei Genkai: The Jigan Eye Kekkei Genkai Kekkei Genkai Description: The Jigan Eye allows members of the Jiganshi Clan to communicate with others telepathically, as well as allowing more experienced users to scry upon their targets at a distance Kekkei Genkai Speciality Jutsu and Techniques: Jutsu Name: Jigan Eye First Stage Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Clan: Jiganshi Jutsu Description: The Jigan Eye, when open, allows the user to communicate with others telepathically. They have a range of 50 meters, and communication works both ways so long as the user wants it to. Jutsu Name: Jigan Eye Second Stage Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Jutsu Rank: B Jutsu Clan: Jiganshi Jutsu Description: The Jigan Eye, when open, allows the user to communicate with others telepathically. They have a range of 50 meters, and communication works both ways so long as the user wants it to. Additionally, the user can see any chakra-producing creature within that range as if they were 5ft above them looking down at them. Jutsu Name: Jigan Eye Third Stage Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Jutsu Rank: A Jutsu Clan: Jiganshi Jutsu Description: The Jigan Eye, when open, allows the user to communicate with others telepathically. They have a range of 100 meters, and communication works both ways so long as the user wants it to. Additionally, the user can see any chakra-producing creature within that range as if they were 5ft above them looking down at them. Finally, their visual acuity is sharpened to a high degree, allowing them to see through fog, mist, and other inclement weather types as if it were sunny and bright. Jutsu Name: Jiganshi Form Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Element: Jutsu Rank: S Jutsu Clan: Jiganshi Jutsu Description: The user's skin becomes green and they erupt with Jigan eyes all over their body. They have a 360* radius of vision, but cannot see through materials; they can communicate with and scry upon any target within 250 meters of their position, and can see through any inclement weather as if it were bright and sunny outside. Finally, users of the Jiganshi Form receive a +1 Stage to their [Speed/Strength/Endurance](choose 1) Clan History History: Years ago a small clan of Shinobi completed a dark ritual that resulted in the Jigan Eye being created. It took several generations to figure out what to do with it but once it was installed in the first of the Jiganshi, their children were born with it as well. Several hundred years later and here we are with a small clan of about 20-50 members, each of whom have a Jigan Eye.
